Supports site control
The site engineer and control team keep the decision.
DigitalSite compares 360° camera video with the building's BIM model and reports progress by floor and by work item, with a confidence level on every result.
When progress is verified only through manual visits, the report depends on who visits and when. DigitalSite compares what was recorded on site with the BIM model and calculates progress by work item, to support the site control team, not to replace its judgment.
The site engineer and control team keep the decision.
With three explicit levels.
Results arrive in the Excel they already use.
The team walks the site with a commercial 360° camera, for example an Insta360, which the client purchases. DigitalSite does not sell hardware.
The video is aligned to the BIM model using fixed elements of the building, such as columns, grid lines and slabs, once per floor. No physical markers or QR codes are needed.
What was recorded is compared with the model and progress is calculated per work item. We start with 6 to 8 high-weight, highly visible work items, not the whole project.
Progress arrives by floor and by work item, each with its confidence level, in the client's Excel. All processing happens in the cloud.
When the method cannot verify a work item with certainty, it says so.
Automatic verification.
Needs human review.
Not verified.
An integration layer reads the client's existing format, with no imposed template, and never overwrites the original file.
Mid-sized and large real estate developers and construction companies in Lima, working on buildings.
A reading of progress based on evidence recorded on site, for those who approve payments and handovers.
Reports by floor and by work item, with a confidence level, to keep control without relying only on manual visits.
A tool that adds to your process and flags which work items need human review.
Progress consolidated in the Excel they already use, so the whole team works from the same information.
